Travis came out to fix my hose bib today. I’ve used Frymire for multiple services, but the personal feel and careful explanation of my options has never been as good as today. The repair itself was exactly what I wanted, just as every technician that has been to my house. Travis had a very personable demeanor and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. He was able to explain exactly what I needed and why as well as what I didn’t need. It was a very comfortable, zero pressure repair experience that I’ve come to expect from Frymire, and Travis exemplified these excellent practices. 100% recommended and will use again (forever).
