"PREMIUM PLAN"
Plumbing Inspection with Maintenance
a. Work performed Mon-Fri., 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
b. Check all fixtures for proper operation and drainage once a year.
c. Inspect and test water heater for proper operation.
d. Check for water leaks (Consumption test).
e. Check for gas leaks if applicable (Consumption test and bubble test at appliances).
f. Check smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
g. 24 Hour Emergency Service.
h. Preferred pricing on major repairs and/or replacement of fixtures and fittings.
i. Clear common stoppages. Furnish "Bio-Clean" drain maintenance product for customer's use.
j. Included Maintenance
- Leaky shut off valves
- Leaky exposed drain piping
- Washers, stems, and valve seats
- Cartridges, shower heads, and spray heads
- Faucet handles, indicator buttons, aerators, and diverter kits
- Toilet handles, flappers, ball cocks, seats, tank to bowl kits
- Leaking seal at base of toilet
- Exposed leaks on water heater piping
- Hose bibs and frost proof faucets
- Replace 9 volt transistor batteries in smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors, if needed
