Frymire Services has prepared this New Homeowners Guide to Air Conditioning and Heating to include important information that can be beneficial in caring for your new central cooling and heating system.

About Frymire Services
Frymire Services provides air conditioning and heating services to residential and commercial customers in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area and have provided our services to thousands of customers. We are a family owned business with over 180 employees and have been in business since 1950.

About Your New Central Cooling and Heating System
Frymire Services installed the new central cooling and heating system in your home. The design and installation is engineered to meet the Homebuilder's requirements using quality energy efficient equipment.

About Your Warranty
Frymire Services warranties your new equipment and installation for a period as defined by your homebuilder's warranty guide. This warranty period begins on your closing date. In addition, you have a manufacturer's warranty on certain components of your cooling/heating system. Click here to complete your warranty registration. If you need service during your first year, please call us toll free at 1.877.FRYMIRE (1.877.379.6473) or submit an on-line request. We will gladly help troubleshoot most problems or dispatch a service specialist to your home.

About Extended Parts and Labor Warranties
You qualify for an extended 2nd through 10th year all parts and labor warranty. The 1st year parts and labor is covered by Frymire Services as outlined above. Extended parts and labor warranties that are offered will need to be purchased within twelve (12) months from your closing date. Routine Maintenance
Routine maintenance is the responsibility of the homeowner. Statistics state that the lack of proper maintenance is the # 1 reason for equipment failure. Washable or throwaway filters need to be cleaned or replaced monthly. Dirty filters can become plugged and cause the unit to ice up. Due to hectic lifestyles and deadlines, cleaning or changing of the filter system is most often overlooked, which can result in expensive out of pocket repairs. The type of filter used for your home comfort system varies depending on your builder's specifications. Please review the on-line store product section of our website at www.frymire.com for more information concerning the recommended filter replacement time frames.
